Roberto Anker
Roberto is a Systems Engineer with High Distinction from the Univeristy of Virginia and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to founding Proventus in 2005, Roberto worked for Morgan Stanley's Latin America Investment Banking and Private Equity groups in New York and Sao Paulo.

Prior to founding Proventus in 2005, Roberto worked for Morgan Stanley´s Latin American Investment Banking Group in New York where he was part of the teams that advised clients across the region in transactions surpassing US$3 billion. He then moved to São Paulo to work with Morgan Stanley´s MSGEM Private Equity group covering Latin America.
At Proventus, he has led teams advising blue chip corporates including the sale of a 50% stake in Pronaca to CMI, the sale of Ecofroz to Air Water, the investment from Corporación Favorita in Hanaska, the sale of Fisa Group to Constellation Software, the sale of Zuauto, the sale of El Kiosko to Alpina, capital raising for Marathon Sports, the reviews of the Quito subway and the Quito airport projects, among other transactions.
He is a board member of private and non-profit institutions. Endeavor Mentor. YPO member.
Daniel Steiner
Daniel is an Industrial Engineer - Cum Laude, from Cornell University and has an MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Proventus as a partner in 2009, Daniel held various positions at Lehman Brothers and Bain and Company.

Before joining as Partner at Proventus in 2009, Daniel worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lehman Brothers, specializing in Telecom and Techonology companies. Daniel also worked as a Case Team Leader at Bain and Company in their New York and Mexico City offices doing strategic consulting and private equity cases for clients in the U.S. and in Latin America.
At Proventus, Daniel has successfully led the execution of multiple transactions in the Consumer, Manufacturing, Financial and Services sectors including the acquisition of Rey Holdings by Corporación Favorita, the purchase of Inalecsa by Arca Continental, the sale of Rampas Andes Airport Services by the LATAM Airlines Group to Talma and the valuation and due diligence of Banco del Pacífico, among others.
Daniel is a member of the Quito chapter of Executive Forums and serves on the boards of private and non-profit institutions.
Nicolás Pinzón
B.A. Finance and B.A. Business Management and has a Master in International Management from IE Business School in Madrid. He joined Proventus in 2009 and has been part of projects in consumer products, steel, banking, among others.

Nicolás joined Proventus in 2009 and has held the roles of analyst, associate and more recently Vicepresident.
At Proventus Nicolas has participated in several transactions including the sale of Ecofroz (IQF broccoli exporters) to Air Water of Japan, the sale of a 50% stake in Pronaca to CMI, the investment from Corporación Favorita in Hanaska, the completion of INCA acquisition by Pronaca, the purchase of Impex of Doral (Florida) by Zaimella, the financial analysis of the Quito Subway and the valuation and due diligence of Banco del Pacifico.
He has also conducted several valuation and consultancy projects in multiple industries including consumer goods, retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, technology, construction materials, steel, plastic, insurance, banking, hospitality, aviation, software and agriculture.
José Ignacio Miño
Jose Ignacio has a Finance degree - Cum Laude, from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Has worked in infrastructure, retail and consumer goods projects.

Jose Ignacio joined Proventus in 2018 since then he has been part of projects in the infraestructure, retail, consumer goods and automotive sectors.
Felipe Vilac
Felipe has a double degree in Finance & Economics from Providence College.
